The recruiting process can include a ton of events that come & go. It’s easy to go through the motions “hoping” & “wishing” that 1 event produces the magical outcome you’re looking for.
Instead, let’s approach each event we attend with intention, just like we do each day we use our Planner. In the Event Details section you’ll be provided space to list pertinent information about the event as well as lessons learned.
You’ll also be prompted by a checklist for actions to take before, during & after the event in order to maximize your time & investment there!
